The German company PrimaKlima, founded in 1996, now exports its goods throughout the EU and to more than 20 other countries around the world. From their wide range we offer top-quality fans, carbon filters with a long service life, reflectors and discharge lamps, and there is also original modular LED lighting. All products show careful workmanship from design through construction and testing.  An interesting fact is that this traditional company, founded in the German town of Bretten, is now based in the Czech town of Radnice.

But now to the fans. The cheapest option is AC fans (such as the PK150-A 600m3/h, 150mm) with standard bearings. Regardless of whether you are just starting out, we would rather recommend EC fans, which are more expensive in terms of purchase price, but clearly pay off thanks to much greater efficiency, including higher performance and significantly more economical operation. In addition, expect a comparably longer service life; an EC fan from Prima Klima will reliably serve you for a whole decade without any problem!

You can also choose according to the type of control. If your goal is the most stable possible (micro)climate in a grow tent or room, you will appreciate the continuously adjustable version with a temperature sensor. We also have two-speed models with a switch in stock. If you do not need to regulate the performance at all, the cheapest alternative is single-speed fans.

If you have large growing spaces available or are even looking for equipment for an industrial hall, you will be interested in the Blue Line fan series with higher capacity.

Frequently asked questions

EC or AC motor for Prima Klima?

AC motors are cheaper to buy and are more than sufficient for normal operation. EC motors are more expensive, but achieve higher performance, significantly more economical operation and a longer service life. If the fan will run for many hours a day, the EC version pays off in the long term.

How large a Prima Klima fan do I need?

Base your choice on the volume of the space and how many times per hour you want the air to be changed. Add a reserve for the pressure loss caused by the odour filter and longer or bent ducting - PK radial fans can handle such routes even at lengths of around 10 metres. For large spaces or a hall, choose the Blue Line range.

Which Prima Klima fan will maintain a stable temperature on its own?

Choose models with speed control and a thermostat - based on the temperature sensor, they speed up and slow down on their own and keep the climate in the tent stable. If you do not need control, a single-speed or two-speed model will be enough.

Are Prima Klima fans noisy?

Radial fans are naturally audible at higher performance. If quiet operation is your main concern, choose the silenced Whisperblower range, which combines professional efficiency with significantly lower noise.
