    Do you really have the goods in stock?
    We keep most of the range in stock and dispatch it on weekdays. Availability is shown directly on the product.
    How quickly do you deliver?
    Orders received on working days are usually dispatched the same day or the next day. Delivery is usually 1–2 working days.
    How does the advice service work?
    We provide advice by e-mail, by phone and online. We recommend compatible equipment, help with setup and with solving growing problems.
    Is the goods also available in the store?
    More than half of our best-selling items are also in stock in the store. Most of the range is in our own dispatch warehouse; for collection in store, we usually transfer the goods by 14:00 or the next day.
    Do you handle claims item for item?
    For valid claims, we prefer replacement item for item so that your growing costs as little as possible. If that is not possible, we look for the fastest fair solution.
    Do you pack shipments discreetly?
    Yes. Packaging is discreet and secure, without unnecessary descriptions of the contents.
