ProPot fabric pots solve one of the most common problems in container growing - root circling and waterlogging. The permeable fabric lets the roots breathe, excess water drains through the sides and the root ball roots through evenly across the entire volume. Plants in fabric often grow more vigorously than in sealed plastic.

What sizes does ProPot offer

The range covers a wide spectrum of volumes - from small 7-litre containers for seedlings and pre-growing through 1.5, 4 and 11 litres up to large-volume models with handles of 15, 20, 30 and 50 litres. The handled versions are easy to carry even with full substrate, which every grower who handles plants will appreciate.

ProPot Wall - growing on the wall

Don't have enough space for growing? The wall pocket planters ProPot Wall offer 4, 8 or 12 pockets and turn a wall into a vertical garden - ideal for herbs, salads and ornamental plants in a flat.

How does ProPot compare among fabric pots

In the fabric pots category you will also find alternatives such as Root Pouch, Gronest or Tex Pot. ProPot stands out for its wide range of volumes and Wall variants at an affordable price.

How often should you water a fabric pot?

The permeable fabric drains water and air, so the substrate dries out faster than in plastic. Expect more frequent watering in smaller amounts, especially outdoors on warm days. The reward is an airy, healthy root system without the risk of waterlogging.

Can ProPot be reused?

Yes. After harvest, shake out the pot, wash it and let it dry - the fabric material lasts for several seasons. Washing removes fertiliser salt residues that would otherwise build up in the fabric.

Do I need a saucer under a fabric pot?

Indoors, definitely yes - water seeps through the entire base, so a saucer or tray that catches the runoff is useful. Outdoors on a permeable surface, you usually do not need one.
