Plagron Cocos Premium contains no nutrients, so start fertilising immediately. You will achieve perfect synergy if you use the two-part fertiliser Plagron Cocos A + B.

Do I need to rinse Plagron coconut before use?
No. Plagron coconut is professionally buffered and RHP certified, so it has low and stable EC as well as balanced pH. You can plant straight away and fertilise from day one - rinsing is not necessary.
How should I fertilise Plagron coconut?
Because the medium itself contains no nutrients, you provide the full nutrition from the start. The proven two-part Plagron Cocos A + B is formulated specifically for growing in coconut.
How should I water it so the roots can breathe?
Coconut holds water well while remaining airy, but it is still better to water more often in smaller doses and let the surface dry slightly between waterings. This prevents waterlogging and keeps the roots oxygenated.
Which pack size should I choose?
Loose Cocos Premium is ideal for immediate use, while compressed bricks save storage space and expand in volume after soaking. For bricks, consider how many litres of substrate you actually need.
