For a medium growroom where you want strong extraction during the day and peace at night, there is the PK160-2. With one press, you switch between 420 and 800 m3/h. The radial impeller is quiet and efficient, and the price matches the affordable AC range.

Basic AC range - why it is more affordable

The model belongs to Prima Klima's basic AC range. It uses a classic AC motor with an impeller with backward-curved blades and is more affordable than versions with an EC motor. It does not have smooth electronic control - the output runs at a fixed setting, or it switches between fixed speeds. For a lower price, you get a reliable duct fan with quiet operation and low energy consumption.

Matching with the filter and ducting

Always choose the same diameter for the fan, filter flange and ducting - in this model, 160 mm. A carbon filter increases the resistance of the system, so size the fan with a reserve above the needs of the growing space and match the filter and ducting to the same 160 mm diameter. Otherwise, mismatched diameters add unnecessary resistance, reduce performance and increase noise.

What space it is suitable for

The 800 setting on the higher speed will cover a medium growroom with a filter. If one speed is enough, there is the PK160-L 800 m3/h 1-speed or the more economical PK160-A 680 m3/h.
