Floor fans allow slightly easier handling in the space than pedestal models thanks to their lower profile.
A circulating floor fan moves air in the grow room and at the same time helps equalise the temperature in the growing space. The larger the space, the more power will be needed.
All floor fans come with a sufficiently long cable for easy connection and are ready for immediate use. Thanks to their lower profile, they allow even easier handling than pedestal models.

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the output of a floor fan according to the space?
Follow the blade diameter and room size. Smaller models around 20 to 30 cm are enough for a tent and smaller rooms, a 40 cm diameter handles a medium space, and 45 cm models with a powerful motor (around 100 W) are intended for large grow rooms and halls.
Why is air circulation important in a grow room?
Still air is more prone to mould, and plants benefit from gentle airflow. A circulating fan also equalises the temperature in the space so that hot spots do not form anywhere.
What is the difference between a floor fan and a pedestal fan?
A floor model has a lower profile, so it is easier to handle in the space and does not take up height. A pedestal fan blows from a greater height. 3-in-1 models such as STURM3 can do both, as well as wall mounting.
How many speeds should a fan have?
Most RAM, Gorilla, Cyclone and Sturm models offer three speed settings - from a gentle breeze to a strong airflow. Three speeds are enough for fine-tuning the airflow according to the growth stage.
