Whisperblower EC-TC 800 m3/h, 125 mm - quiet extract with temperature sensor

Do you want a silenced 125 mm fan to react to temperature on its own, but do not need to monitor humidity as well? Whisperblower EC-TC has built-in temperature control: as the space warms up, the fan smoothly increases, and then reduces again. All in a quiet silenced body with an ebm-papst EC motor and an output of 800 m3/h.

Why Whisperblower is quieter

Whisperblower is not a standard fan with an additional silencer. It is a silenced design with redesigned aerodynamics of the housing and impeller, developed in cooperation with ebm-papst. Air inside flows like on a roller coaster - the new channel geometry creates higher pressure and airflow at the same energy efficiency while also reducing noise compared with the standard range of the same diameter.

What the ebm-papst EC motor does

The EC motor is an electronically commutated motor with electronics integrated directly into the housing. It stands out for low consumption, quiet operation and smooth speed control. Unlike cheap phase control on AC motors, energy is not lost on the way to the motor, so the fan runs efficiently and without unnecessary humming. EC is a type of motor, not a way of connecting it to anything else.

Built-in temperature control

The fan has integrated temperature control. When the temperature in the space rises, it smoothly increases the speed on its own, and as it falls, it reduces again. You do not need to buy an external thermostat or a separate controller - the sensor and electronics are part of the housing.
