Platinium hydroponic systems cover two main soilless growing principles. Aeroponic systems (Aero Top, Aero Star) spray nutrient solution directly onto the roots using 360-degree rotating nozzles, which oxygenates the root system well and speeds up growth. Ebb&Flow systems, by contrast, periodically flood the growing tray with solution and then let it drain back into the tank - they are more versatile and are also suitable for growing in substrate, and they are suitable for both beginners and advanced growers.
A separate group consists of aeroponic cloning units (Super Cloner) for rooting cuttings and pre-growing seedlings by gently moistening the root zone without the need for substrate - variants are available for a smaller or larger number of plants at once.
The operation of all systems is ensured by a submersible pump - depending on the system size from 500 to 4500 l/h, which is also available as a separate replacement part in case of wear or replacement with a more powerful variant.
