A silicone mat is a practical helper when pressing and processing plant and herbal extracts - the material is non-stick, withstands higher temperatures, and wipes clean easily, so it is also suitable for repeated use.
The mats differ mainly in shape and size. Round variants (e.g. with a diameter of 12.7 cm or 20 cm) are suitable as a smaller work surface or drip tray, while larger rectangular mats (around 30x21 cm) provide more space for working with a larger amount of material at once.
- Bongthai Silicone Matt - non-stick mats in several sizes, from small square to larger rectangular ones.
- Qnubu Silicone Anti-Stick - round and rectangular versions, including the larger DabStation work station with dimensions of 33x21x2 cm.
- Secret Smoke - silicone mats and drip trays in a round design.
Before first use, wash the mat and let it dry - this will remove any manufacturing residues and the material will retain its fully non-stick properties.
