Air Lines and Tubing
An air pump needs a reliable distribution system that delivers air all the way to the air stone without loss of pressure. Tubing is selected according to the diameter of the pump outlet, and splitters according to the number of stones you want to aerate at once.

Air lines are the connecting element between air pumps and air stones - without the right tubing and splitter, air will not reach the plants in the tank at all.
Air tubing is selected according to the inner diameter, typically 4 mm or 8 mm, so that it fits both the pump outlet and the stone. Transparent tubing also makes it easy to check whether air is actually flowing through.
Splitters (manifolds) solve the situation when you need to connect more stones to a single pump - the range includes versions from 6 up to 26 outlets, depending on the number of tanks or the size of the hydroponic system. Each outlet can be opened or closed separately, so you can distribute air exactly where you need it.
A check valve is also suitable for the line, as it protects the pump against water entering the tubing in the event of a power cut - we recommend including it in every installation with a tank above the pump level.
