Table scales offer greater stability and often a larger weighing surface than pocket models, which is appreciated when working frequently with fertilisers, substrates or when weighing larger volumes of material.
The Jennings J-Scale JT2 range is available in three precisions - from 350 g x 0.01 g through 1000 g x 0.1 g up to 5000 g x 1 g, all with a stainless steel weighing surface and a backlit XL display for easy reading.
The My Weigh brand goes for higher load capacities - the i2500 and i5000 models weigh in three units (grams, ounces, pounds), while the KD-8000 (up to 8 kg) and CTS 30000 (up to 30 kg with 0.5 g precision) have a removable stainless steel weighing tray for easy cleaning, and the KD-8000 also has a protective display cover for use in dirty environments.
For all scales, regular calibration using calibration weights maintains measuring accuracy even after prolonged use.
