Is a square or round plastic plant pot better?
Square models make better use of space and you can fit more of them side by side, for example in a grow tent. Round ones are suitable for looser placement and are a classic choice for a windowsill, balcony or terrace.
What is an aerated plant pot and Air-Pot for?
The perforated wall brings air to the roots, the root branches out at the edge instead of curling, and the plant forms a denser root ball. This results in stronger growth and higher yields compared with smooth plastic.
What pot volume should I choose?
Follow the size of the plant and the length of cultivation - smaller volumes for seedlings and herbs, larger capacities for more developed plants. Gradual repotting into larger containers benefits the plant more than starting with an enormous pot straight away.
Do I need a saucer for the plant pot?
For indoor growing and on a balcony, yes - a saucer catches excess water and protects the floor and furniture. We supply saucers in suitable sizes for plastic plant pots.
