Prima Klima PK100-L 280 m3/h, 100 mm - small, quiet and affordable

For a small tent or a short extract run, the smallest fan is often enough - and that is exactly what the PK100-L is. A 100 mm flange, 280 m3/h airflow, an impeller with backward-curved blades and a power draw of just 39 W. At an affordable price, you get quiet and efficient extraction.

Basic AC range - why it is more affordable

This model belongs to Prima Klima's basic AC range. It uses a classic AC motor with an impeller with backward-curved blades and is more affordable than EC motor variants. It does not have smooth electronic control - the output runs at a fixed setting, or switches between fixed speeds. For a lower price, you get a reliable duct fan with quiet operation and low energy use.

Matching with the filter and ducting

Always choose the same diameter for the fan, filter flange and ducting - in this model, 100 mm. A carbon filter increases the resistance of the system, so size the fan with a reserve above the needs of the growing space and match the filter and ducting to the same 100 mm diameter. Mismatched diameters otherwise add unnecessary resistance, reduce performance and increase noise.

What space it is for

The 100 mm size is aimed at the smallest tents and boxes. If you need more airflow, move up to the 125 mm class - for example Prima Klima PK125-L 360 m3/h or the two-speed PK125-2 220/400 m3/h.

What size space is it suitable for?

For the smallest tents and boxes with a short run. For a larger space or longer ducting with a filter, choose the 125 mm or 150 mm class.

Is it noisy?

No, thanks to the impeller with backward-curved blades and low power draw it runs quietly; at low speeds it is almost inaudible.

Can it handle a carbon filter?

Yes, but choose a filter with the same 100 mm diameter and bear in mind that the filter adds resistance - so leave a reserve with the 100 mm size.
