Aeroponic propagation trays
Roots grow fastest where they have both moisture and air - and that is exactly what a aeroponic cutting propagator offers. It sprays nutrient solution directly onto the bases of the cuttings, so they root without soil and without the stress of later transplanting. Choose according to the number of cuttings you want to propagate at once.

You have found the best way to care for cuttings!
In this category, you can choose an aeroponic system (propagator) carefully designed for the perfect cultivation of your cuttings.
Easy operation, simple maintenance and, in the end, exceptionally vigorous plants. You no longer need any growing medium. No stress during subsequent transplanting. Let the roots grow in peace; just choose the right size. From the balanced range, everyone can choose according to their individual needs.
The bestseller is the complete propagator from Nutriculture X-Stream 40 with a transparent lid and ventilation flaps, so young plants always have plenty of light and air.
Our TIP: Something for connoisseurs. An attractive part of our range is also the modern aeroponic system Platinum PYRAMIDE AERO adapted for the cultivation of up to a hundred plants.

How to choose the size
The number of cuttings you want to propagate at once is decisive. Smaller units such as Clon-Air Aero from VDL or X-Stream 12 are suitable for occasional propagation of a few plants. The more powerful X-Stream 80 can handle 80 cuttings at once, and for precise rooting of hardy seedlings, CuttingBoard 27 from Terra Aquatica is ideal.
Frequently asked questions
How does an aeroponic propagator differ from a classic mini greenhouse?
Nothing grows in any substrate - the roots hang in the air and the pump sprays them with nutrient solution. Thanks to the constant supply of water, nutrients and oxygen, cuttings root faster and without transplant shock.
How many cuttings can I put in the propagator?
Depending on the model - from about 12 pieces in the smallest units up to 80 or more in larger systems. Choose with a small reserve so you have space for any unsuccessful cuttings too.
Do I need a special medium or fertiliser for the propagator?
No growing medium, the roots grow freely in the air. A weak root stimulator is suitable for the solution; strong fertilisers are not needed yet.
When should I transplant the cuttings further?
As soon as they have a healthy white root ball several centimetres long. Then transplant them into the target medium or hydroponic system.
