When should Clonex Gel be used?
Immediately after taking the cutting. Dip the end of the stem into the gel so that it coats the fresh cut, and plant the cutting into a moist medium. The gel seals the cut and reduces the risk of infection in the most sensitive stage.
Does Clonex work on any plants?
Clonex root stimulators are widely used on cuttings of ornamental and useful plants and herbs. Rooting success also depends on the quality of the mother plant, humidity and the ambient temperature.
Do I need to treat the cutting in advance?
It helps to apply Clonex Mist to the mother plant two to three days before taking cuttings - the cuttings then start rooting in better condition.
