Slim top light for tents and vertical systems

SANlight STIXX 3-80 is a linear LED luminaire made up of three modules, designed as the main lighting where there is little space above the plants - for lower tents, shelves and multi-layer (multilayer) installations. It delivers 191 µmol/s at 70 W, distributes light homogeneously without harsh hotspots and, thanks to IP68 protection, also handles more humid professional operation. The slim body measures 676 x 85 x 16.9 mm and weighs only 1.03 kg.

Does not light without a driver

STIXX 3-80 is a standalone LED luminaire without power supply. To get it working, you need a Driver Set STIXX 3/6 and you fit unused driver ports with a termination cap, otherwise there is a risk of damage to the system. Exact numbers of luminaires for individual drivers can be found in the Compatibility section.

Dimming

STIXX 3-80 is not dimmed on the luminaire, but on the driver: you connect a magnetic M-Dimmer or Bluetooth Dimmer SANlight to its blue connector, or alternatively a 0-10V signal. The driver also automatically detects how many luminaires are connected and distributes the power between them.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a separate driver for STIXX 3-80?

Yes. STIXX 3-80 is only an LED luminaire and does not light without a driver. You need a Driver Set STIXX 3/6 (200 to 910 W) depending on the number of luminaires - exact numbers at full power can be found in the Compatibility section. The driver, cables and accessories are sold separately.

Can I connect different STIXX modules to one driver?

No. Only identical luminaires of the same model may be connected to one driver - for example STIXX 3-80 with STIXX 3-80. STIXX 3-80 and STIXX 4-100 cannot be combined on a shared driver. For more luminaires of the same model, use extension cables and M19 splitters and fit unused ports with a termination cap.

Why is the termination cap required?

The STIXX driver has more DC ports than the number of luminaires you typically connect. Every unused port must be closed with a termination cap - without it, the system may be damaged. It is a cheap but essential part that must not be forgotten when building the setup.
