SANlight STIXX is a range of narrow LED modules that are suitable wherever a classic panel light will not fit - in low installation heights, vertical systems and between plant rows. Thanks to the full spectrum, plants can be grown under them from clones and growth through to full flowering, and passive cooling means operation without a fan or noise.
Top light or undercanopy?
STIXX has two main roles. As main lighting (top light), it lights the space from above and replaces a panel where there is little room above the plants. In the undercanopy / intercanopy version, the modules are placed under or between rows and light the lower levels that would otherwise remain in the shade - this is often where part of the potential yield disappears.
How to choose by power
The models differ in length and input power, and the light output (PPF in µmol/s) increases accordingly. Choose according to the area you want to light:

A major advantage of the range is that multiple modules can be connected to one driver - so you can build the setup exactly to fit the space. Ready-made sets are available for both top and undercanopy use, and complete STIXX accessories (drivers, extension cables, stands, mounting parts) can be found in a separate subcategory.
Frequently asked questions
What is undercanopy lighting for?
It lights the lower and inner levels of plants, where little light reaches from above. This makes better use of the whole plant, not just the top.
Do I need to buy a driver separately for STIXX?
The modules themselves do not include a driver - they are powered by the SANlight Driver Set STIXX. You can connect multiple lights to one driver, which is the basis of the whole system. If you want everything together straight away, choose the complete set.
Does STIXX need active cooling?
No. The modules are passively cooled, so they operate without a fan, quietly and without additional moving parts.
