Powerful driver for a larger setup

SANlight Driver Set STIXX 3/6, 610W is a powerful Smart Driver for the STIXX 3-80 and 6-150 ranges. From one power supply unit it can light up to four STIXX 3-80 luminaires, or three STIXX 6-150. Such a power distribution covers a large tent or several levels of a vertical farm, without you having to deal with a network of smaller drivers.

The driver is supplied separately, without luminaires or cables. You need to add STIXX 3-80 or STIXX 6-150 luminaires to it, otherwise it will remain dark.

• STIXX 50 - a closed system with its own power supply, different cabling
• EVO and FLEX II luminaires - different connector and power supply

Reserve and gradual expansion

Four 3-80 luminaires (280 W), or three 6-150 luminaires (423 W), are powered by the driver at full power according to the official SANlight table. The advantage of a central driver is one place for dimming and distribution across the whole area. Thanks to Smart Driver Technology, you do not have to fill the ports immediately - you can start with part of the luminaires at full power and buy the rest as the setup grows. If you want even more luminaires, there is a 910W version (six 3-80 luminaires).

How the driver is dimmed and capped

On the driver you will find a blue connector for dimming - connect an M-Dimmer or Bluetooth Dimmer SANlight to it, or send a 0-10V signal and all luminaires will dim at the same time. Ports that you do not use must be capped with a termination plug, otherwise you risk damaging the system.

IP rating and spacing

The IP68 rating applies to the M19 connector on the luminaire; the driver's mains plug is not water-resistant. Do not stack drivers on top of each other; leave at least a 10 mm gap between them.

Frequently asked questions

How many luminaires can the 610W 3/6 driver handle?

At full rated power it can handle four STIXX 3-80 luminaires (4x 70 W = 280 W), or three STIXX 6-150 luminaires (3x 141 W = 423 W) - according to the official SANlight table. Always only one of the ranges. Above this limit, the luminaires will run at reduced power.

Can I connect different STIXX models to one driver?

No. One driver may only have identical luminaires from the same STIXX range - for example STIXX 3-80 with STIXX 3-80. The manufacturer forbids combinations such as STIXX 2-60 and STIXX 3-80 on a shared driver. For more luminaires of the same model, use M19 extension cables and splitters, and fit the unused ports with a termination plug.

Will the driver also run with fewer luminaires than the maximum?

Yes. The Smart Driver automatically recognises how many luminaires are connected and adjusts the power accordingly. Up to the full number of luminaires, each STIXX 3-80 luminaire runs at full power; so you can start with one and add more over time. At the same time, fit the unused DC ports with a termination plug.
