Which set size to choose

Set 60 is the smallest in the range and is aimed at one 60x60 cm tent or a few plants. If you need to light a larger area, choose the more powerful EVO LED Set 80 (265 W, 80x80 cm). In both cases, the light is from the same EVO 1.5 series; only the power and covered area differ.

What size area is Set 60 for?

The set is designed for a 60x60 cm tent. One EVO 3-60 fixture delivers 200 W of power draw and 545 µmol/s of photon flux, which is enough for this area throughout the entire growing cycle. For a larger tent, choose a set with higher power, because one 3-60 fixture is sized precisely for 60x60 cm.

Do I need to buy anything else with the set?

For basic operation, no - the box includes the fixture, power cable, two hangers and the magnetic M-Dimmer, so you only need to hang up and connect the set. You may want to buy a ratchet hanger later for easy height adjustment or another fixture when expanding the space. Substrate, fertilisers and extraction are not part of the lighting set.

How is the fixture dimmed in the set?

The set is equipped with the magnetic SANlight M-Dimmer, which connects to the blue control connector on the fixture and sets the output in fixed steps. If you want to control the light wirelessly, the M-Dimmer can be replaced with the SANlight Bluetooth Dimmer or an external 0-10V controller.
