Highest power class

SANlight EVO 6-120 is the main LED light of the EVO 1.5 series in the highest power class of 400 W. It delivers 1090 µmol/s of photon flux and SANlight states a module efficiency of over 3 µmol/J for the EVO series. IP65 protection shields the light and connectors from dust and splashing water even during demanding year-round operation. The spectrum consists of red and far-red OSRAM LEDs supplemented by white Seoul Semiconductor (WICOP) diodes.

Highest power on the 5-120 length

EVO 6-120 is the most powerful class in the range - 400 W and 1090 µmol/s in a 1018 mm body, the same length as the EVO 5-120. The manufacturer does not specify a recommended area for it; thanks to the highest photon density, it is a choice for the most demanding growers and higher intensity. The longer EVO 6-150 has the same output in a longer body.

Choose the power cable separately

The light is supplied without a power cable - this is SANlight's intention, because every installation has a different distance to the socket and some users need a straight input, others an angled one. You therefore need to buy a straight power cable or an angled cable with a Wieland RST20i3 connector for EVO 1.5 and Q-Series Gen2. Which is which can be found in the Compatibility section above.

Dimming and control

The light is controlled via a separate blue connector. You can attach the magnetic M-Dimmer or SANlight Bluetooth Dimmer with phone control to it, or control it with an external 0-10V controller via an adapter cable. Power and dimming are two separate sockets, so do not confuse them.

Frequently asked questions

Does the EVO 6-120 light come with a power cable?

No. SANlight deliberately supplies the EVO 6-120 without a power cable so that you can choose the version according to your installation. To get it working, you need one power cable with a Wieland RST20i3 connector - straight, or angled if you run the supply close to the body. Both are available from us separately and installation takes a few minutes.

Does the cabling from the EVO 6-120 also fit STIXX, FLEX II or EVO Compact?

No. The EVO 6-120 uses the Wieland RST20i3 power connector, common to the entire EVO 1.5 and Q-Series Gen2 range. It does not fit EVO Compact in the 400 V version (that one has connector N50243) or the STIXX (M19) and FLEX II (WDC) ranges - they have their own cabling. When buying a cable, stick to the EVO/Q-Series version.

How is the EVO 6-120 dimmed?

The light has a separate blue dimming connector. You can connect the magnetic M-Dimmer or SANlight Bluetooth Dimmer to it, which you control via an app on your phone. Alternatively, you can regulate the EVO 6-120 with an external 0-10V controller via an adapter cable. The power and dimming connectors are two separate sockets.
