This is a revolutionary technology for making growing containers and a modern way of growing plants. The container principle restricts spiral root growth. The root system grows and develops radially. The surface of the container has outward-facing protrusions with holes, which allows air to reach the roots. Air prevents roots from growing beyond the root ball, so no tangle of roots forms at the bottom or sides of the growing container. The ongoing process of this principle results in a plant with a central, strong root system throughout the entire volume of the root ball and a robust stem.

Thanks to these unique Air-Pot container properties, we achieve a root ball twice the size while using less substrate than with standard containers. Air Pot shortens the cultivation period, which reduces the number of transplants compared with classic pot growing. In addition, thanks to the simple disassembly of the Air-Pot, transplanting plants is easier and safer. When growing with this new method, the gardener must learn all the differences from standard cultivation, such as higher substrate moisture when planting, sufficient watering during growing, and other handling so that growing with this method achieves the expected effect.

The Air-Pot consists of parts – a cut ring segment (“collar”), connecting plastic screws and a grid base.
Air-Pots are reusable and recyclable.
