Wheat sprouts are one of the richest sources of vitamins A, B, C and E. They contain especially large amounts of magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, niacin, thiamine and pantothenic acid.

Regular consumption of wheat sprouts protects the body against free radicals, acts against ageing and ensures the proper functioning of muscles, including the heart muscle and the nervous system. It boosts immunity and strengthens the skin, hair, nails and bones.

Wheat sprouts are ready to eat when the white roots reach the length of the grain. Thanks to their delicate flavour, they are a great addition to children’s diets, all kinds of bread, sandwiches and vitamin shakes.

Recommended use: Use to garnish bread, soups, vegetable or pasta salads. You can also use them to prepare fresh homemade vegetable juice. Consume preferably raw to preserve all nutritional substances.

Soaking time: 8-10 hours
Germination time: 4-6 days
Ideal temperature: approx. 20°C
Rinse with water: 2-3x daily
Harvest size: 2.5-5 cm

Rinse with water before consumption. The sprouts can be stored for 1–2 weeks in the refrigerator. Store in a dry and cool place.
