Lentil sprouts are a rich source of protein, vitamins B1, B2, PP, and many other essential nutrients such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene and fibre. They are easy to digest, so they can also be eaten by people who cannot eat iron. You can add them to salads, sandwiches and main dishes.

Lentil sprouts are great for soups and baked goods, and you can add them to vegetable or fruit salads, scrambled eggs, omelettes, yoghurt, spreads, or fry them in hot fat and add them to rice, potatoes, etc.

Raw sprouts are the best:
- because cooking reduces their nutritional value
- fresh sprout shoots are most suitable for bread
- they turn your ordinary sandwich into an excellent healthy delicacy, additionally beneficial for a wide range of healthy vitamins and minerals

Germination time: 3-7 days

For convenient microgreens germination, use Mungo - germination tray

Fresh sprouts will last up to 14 days; wash the sprouts before each consumption.

You can store sprout shoots for up to 14 days in the fridge (it is important to wash them every day).
