Product detailed description
The TrolMaster Hydro-X system can control most horticultural lights sold on the market today. Most lighting manufacturers provide the option to control their lighting systems using so-called low-voltage control. This low-voltage control can take many forms and communication protocols. TrolMaster manufactures several types of lighting adapters (LMA units) that allow Hydro-x lights to be controlled via their low-voltage control.
The lighting schedule is a lighting mode that supports plant growth in the vegetative stage. The lighting schedule consists of turning the lights on for 12 hours, off for 5.5 hours, on again for 1 hour, and finally off for another 5.5 hours. This 24-hour schedule is then repeated for the plant's vegetative stage. Turning the lights on for one hour between the off hours suppresses florigen production, which causes the plant to remain in a vegetative state of vigorous growth.
This LMA-24 lighting adapter is specially designed so that both channels of the Hydro-X system can be used to create lantern schedule control for any lights with a 0-10 V protocol. It is compatible with HID, such as Gavita/Nanolux/Luxx/Growers Choice/Illuminar/PL, and LED, such as Fluence/Next light/Spectrum King.
*LMA-24 is intended for lights controlled by the 0-10V protocol.
