The technology used is based on the Aeroflo system and includes several improvements that make the system more user-friendly without having to compromise on its quality. GrowStream has a removable lid and rounded edges for easier cleaning, a double wall for both the channel and the lid to improve insulation properties, and the irrigation tube is inside the chamber to prevent liquid leaks. Compared with AeroFlo, the new system is slightly larger so that the roots have more space and the system can hold more water, which means larger plants can also grow in it. The result is a versatile system in which both small and large plants can be grown. GrowStream® systems hold 10–120 plants per unit and, with an unlimited number of available units, represent the most efficient way to grow plants hydroponically. The GrowStream® concept works on the principle of distributing oxygenated water in the optimal ratio לאורך the entire length of the unit. It offers the advantages of the system known as “aeroponics” without the disadvantages, which consist of undesirable water heating and extreme sensitivity to pH fluctuations.

GrowStream® is powered by one simple water pump in the tank, which lifts the water into the growing tube, where it is injected at carefully calculated intervals.

The nutrient solution then flows back down the tube and perfectly oxygenates the solution tank in the process. No complicated controllers or a pile of air pumps are needed – GrowStream® systems are incredibly easy to assemble and operate. This allows you to focus fully on plant care, not on system maintenance.
