The sprouting seed mix contains varieties of plant species whose sprouts create a spicy flavour composition.

Thanks to the diversity of species contained in this mix, you will receive in one pack a high dose of valuable nutrients, minerals, amino acids and vitamins. Regular consumption of sprouts reduces the amount of bad cholesterol (has an anti-sclerotic effect) and regulates digestion.

The sprouts of this mix are great for preparing salads or as an addition to sandwiches.

- Vigna radiata (mung beans) 40%
- Raphanus sativus (radish) 10%
- Raphanus sativus var sativus (radish) 10%
- Sinapsis alba (mustard) 10%
- Lens culinaris (white lentils) 10%
- Lens culinaris green (green lentils) 10%
- Lens culinaris red (red lentils) 10%
