Chinese sprouting seed mix is made up of species that form part of many dishes in Asian cuisine.

The mix contains species that are an invaluable source of easily digestible proteins, lower the level of bad cholesterol and contain large amounts of antioxidants that help prevent cancer and heart disease.

The mix contains the following sprouting seeds:
- Lens culinaris (edible lentil) 15%
- Pisum sativum (field pea) 15%
- Cicer arietinum (chickpea) 15%
- Glycine clandestina (soybean) 15%
- Vigna radiata (mung bean) 20%
- Vigna angularis (adzuki bean) 20%

The sprouts taste great lightly fried in a small amount of oil, an excellent side dish for rice meals.
