The Chinese sprouting seed mix is made up of varieties that form part of many Asian dishes.

The mix contains varieties that are an invaluable source of easily digestible proteins, reduce bad cholesterol levels and contain large amounts of antioxidants that help prevent cancer and heart disease.

The mix contains the following sprouting seeds:
- Lens culinaris (edible lentil) 15%
- Pisum sativum (field pea) 15%
- Cicer arietinum (chickpea) 15%
- Glycine clandestina (soya) 15%
- Vigna radiata (Mung bean) 20%
- Vigna angularis (Adzuki bean) 20%

The sprouts taste great lightly fried in a small amount of oil, an excellent side dish with rice dishes.
