Fenugreek is a very old cultivated herb that has been used for centuries as a spice and, above all, for overall support of health. It has a sour to slightly bitter taste and is often an ingredient in Indian dishes. It can be used to decorate any dish, mixed into vegetable salads or smoothie drinks.

How to grow fenugreek sprouts from seeds:
- germination time: 5 days in the dark or under a layer of substrate
- growing time: 14 days in the light

Fenugreek in general is considered an antioxidant in itself thanks to all its positive substances.

Fenugreek sprouts contain saponins, flavonoids, niacin and diosgenin. They also boast a high content of vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3 and B5) and minerals (iron, phosphorus, potassium and calcium). Fenugreek is truly a versatile herb.

It supports lactation and is therefore very suitable for breastfeeding women, increases appetite, has an antiseptic effect on the whole organism, helps with proper digestion, maintains an optimal blood sugar level, boosts immunity and has a cleansing effect on the liver and kidneys.

Chemically untreated fenugreek seeds are not intended for direct consumption, but only for growing microgreens. Use them within 1 year of purchase. Store unused seeds in a dry and cool place.
