The sprouting seed mix contains plant varieties whose sprouts create a delicious flavour composition. Thanks to the diversity of species contained in this mix, you get a high dose of valuable nutrients, minerals, amino acids and vitamins in one pack.

The sprouts contain large amounts of calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and many trace elements (iodine, manganese, lithium, selenium). Regular consumption of sprouts reduces the amount of bad cholesterol (has an anti-sclerotic effect) and regulates digestion.

The sprouts of this mix are great for preparing salads or as an addition to sandwiches.

The mix contains the following sprouting seeds:
- Vigna radiata (mung bean) 40%
- Medicago sativa (alfalfa) 30%
- Lens culinaris white (white lentil) 10%
- Lens culinaris green (green lentil) 5%
- Lens culinaris red (red lentil) 5%
- Raphanus sativus (radish) 5%
- Raphanus sativus var sativus (radish) 5%

The sprouts taste great lightly sautéed in a small amount of oil, an excellent side dish for rice dishes.
