CANNA Silica – Silicon for Stronger, More Resilient, and More Stable Plants

CANNA Silica is a premium supplement containing highly bioavailable silicon that helps plants build stronger cell walls, thicker stems, and more resilient leaf structure. As a result, the plant better withstands stressful conditions such as heat, drought, wind, high humidity, or rapid growth in intensive growing systems.

Silicon is not a traditional essential nutrient, but a very important supportive element. Once absorbed, it is stored in plant tissues and helps create a stronger natural plant structure. The result is more stable growth, better water management, and an overall more vigorous plant that won’t easily collapse under demanding conditions.

Why use silicon in cultivation?

In modern cultivation, especially in coconut coir, hydroponics, and intensive systems, plants may not have sufficient readily available silicon. CANNA Silica provides plants with a stable source of this element in a highly usable form. This is especially important during rapid growth phases, when new leaves, stems, and other plant tissues are forming.

Regular use helps plants grow stronger and more balanced. Silicon does not eliminate stress, but it helps the plant better respond to conditions that might otherwise cause weakening, wilting, or poorer overall development.

Dosage and Use

The recommended dosage is 1–2 ml of CANNA Silica per 1 liter of water.

Always add CANNA Silica first to clean water. Then adjust the pH to approximately 6.5–7, followed by the addition of base fertilizers and other additives. Finally, check the pH and adjust it to the desired level, typically between 5.2–6.2 depending on the growing system used.

For best results, use regularly throughout the entire growing cycle. Do not use simultaneously with PK additives, such as CANNA PK 13/14.

Storage

Store in a sealed container in a cool, dark, and frost-free place. Protect from heat, frost, and direct sunlight. The recommended storage temperature is 10–35 °C.
