What is the AC-CAR8 activated carbon refill?

AC-CAR8 is a granular activated carbon refill designed to replenish AC Infinity Refillable Carbon Filters. Instead of replacing the entire filter, simply add a new carbon refill.

Australian virgin RC412 carbon with a rating of 1200+ IAV

The refill consists of granules of Australian virgin RC412 carbon with a rating of 1200+ IAV. Compared with pellets, the granules have greater porosity and therefore higher adsorption of impurities.

How many filters can be refilled with the 3.6 kg pack?

The 8 lb pack (approximately 3.6 kg) refills one 150 mm diameter filter or two 100 mm diameter filters. The AC-CAR16 variant is designed for larger refillable filters.

The refill is compatible with the refillable filters AC Infinity Refillable Carbon Filter Kit 150 mm and 100 mm.

Where can you use the refill?

It can be used in grow tents and grow rooms, hydroponic systems, and beyond cultivation—for extraction during laser cutting, in smoking rooms, bathrooms, aquariums or ponds.
