What is the AC-CAR16 activated carbon refill

AC-CAR16 is a granular activated carbon refill for AC Infinity refillable carbon filters. It is the same carbon as in AC-CAR8, but in twice the quantity – 16 lb (approximately 7.3 kg) – intended for larger filters or several refills at once.

RC412 Australian virgin carbon with a rating of 1200+ IAV

As with AC-CAR8, these are granules of RC412 Australian virgin carbon with a rating of 1200+ IAV. The granules have higher porosity than pellets, which increases the adsorption of odours and chemicals.

How many filters can be refilled with the 7.3 kg pack

The 16 lb pack refills one filter with a diameter of 200 mm, two filters with a diameter of 150 mm, or four filters with a diameter of 100 mm.

The refill is compatible with AC Infinity refillable filters AC Infinity Refillable Carbon Filter Kit 200 mm and 150 mm.

Where you can use the refill

It is suitable for grow tents and grow rooms, as well as for use outside cultivation – in extraction systems for laser cutting, smoking rooms, bathrooms, aquariums or ponds.
