What is the AC-CAR16 activated carbon refill

AC-CAR16 is an activated carbon refill in granule form for refillable AC Infinity carbon filters. It is the same carbon as in AC-CAR8, but in double the quantity - 16 lb (approximately 7.3 kg) - intended for larger filters or for multiple refills at once.

Australian virgin RC412 carbon with a 1200+ IAV rating

As with AC-CAR8, this is granulated Australian virgin RC412 carbon with a 1200+ IAV rating. The granules have higher porosity than pellets, which increases the adsorption of odours and chemicals.

How many filters you can refill with the 7.3 kg pack

The 16 lb pack refills one 200 mm filter, two 150 mm filters, or four 100 mm filters.

The refill is compatible with the refillable AC Infinity Refillable Carbon Filter Kit 200 mm and 150 mm.

Where you can use the refill

It is suitable for grow tents and grow rooms, as well as outside cultivation - for extraction during laser cutting, in smoking rooms, bathrooms, aquariums or ponds.
