Replace only the carbon, not the entire filter

AC-RCF4 is a refillable carbon filter for duct ventilation with a diameter of 100 mm (4"). Its patented construction allows the filter to be repeatedly refilled with new activated carbon instead of replacing the entire filter with a new one. It is designed for compact 100 mm ventilation systems – smaller grow tents and mini setups.

Package contents: body, replacement refill, funnel and scoop

The package contains an empty refillable filter body plus 1+ replacement refill of activated carbon – giving you a total capacity equivalent to approximately two standard 4" filters. The package also includes a funnel and scoop for easy, mess-free filling.

How to open and fill the filter

The aluminium flange can be detached without tools (twist-off) and is also reversible. New carbon is poured inside using the included funnel and scoop, while the rubber seal keeps the connection airtight.

RC412 carbon inside the mesh

RC412 activated carbon comes from Australia (virgin material), with a quality rating of 1200+ IAV and a 38 mm thick layer. The carbon is held in place by double-layer galvanised steel mesh with a sandblasted gunmetal finish that resists corrosion.
