UGro RHIZA XL is a block (5 kg) of compressed and dehydrated coco with a low fibre content, enriched with endomycorrhizae (5%). It is a special ectomycorrhizal fungus that forms the so-called hyphal mantle around the root, thereby increasing the absorbing surface of the root system. By using 18 l of water, the substrate expands to a volume of up to 70 l of high-quality coco medium.

Coco substrate is obtained by crushing and processing coconut husks and can be used as an alternative to more traditional substrates. The substrate has excellent aeration and water retention properties. These properties help the root system and the plant thus grows much faster. It is a biodegradable organic component with the natural fungus trichoderma, a microorganism that protects plant roots from rot and stimulates the growth of your plants.

UGro Rhiza XL offers roots better uptake of water and nutrients, which saves you up to 50% of water and fertiliser. Your plants will better withstand stress, diseases and pests. It is convenient, lightweight and easy to carry. Suitable for all types of cultivation, both outdoors and indoors.

Coco substrate is optimally airy and manages water excellently, which is reflected not only in a quality and healthy root system. Herbs will grow faster. Another advantage is the low weight. It is easy to work with.

The 70-litre U Gro Rhiza X coco is enhanced with the beneficial fungus trichoderma harzianum. Endomycorrhizas are fungi which, thanks to a perfect symbiosis with the roots, increase their volume and capacity for the uptake of nutrients and water. At the same time, they improve the natural resistance of plants against pests, mould and diseases.

Organic U Gro Rhiza XL maintains a stable pH 5.5-6.5, and low EC less than 0.6 mS/cm. The excellent water retention capacity is 91%, so it does not require frequent watering. The package weighs 5 kg in dry state and after adding 18 litres of water you will obtain up to 70 litres of quality substrate from the dehydrated mass. U Gro XL is recommended mainly for growing annual plants.

The large pressed and dehydrated U Gro XL coco substrate is buffered and double-rinsed with desalinated water.
