TrolMaster WN-9 Substrate Sensor Node is a professional measuring probe designed for the WCS-9 Substrate Sensor system. It is used for precise monitoring of the root zone in standard soil substrates as well as in inert media with a higher EC value.

The sensor uses durable stainless steel measuring probes for continuous monitoring of volumetric water content (VWC) and electrical conductivity (EC) in the substrate. It also includes an integrated precise temperature sensor for monitoring the temperature in the root zone, which enables more efficient control of conditions during cultivation.

WN-9 is designed for advanced multi-point measurement using Daisy-Chain connection. Up to four Sensor Nodes can be connected to one system, making it possible to obtain more accurate average values across the entire growing medium and eliminate inaccuracies caused by local variations.
