Beta-1 is a simple solution for Mini Split air conditioning units.

It uses the remote control supplied with your mini split air conditioner and "learns" how to change the set values on the mini split air conditioner. With Beta-1, almost any brand of mini-split unit can be controlled. Once Beta-1 learns the signals from your remote control, it automatically changes the set value on the mini-split to two separate day and night temperatures. It does this AUTOMATICALLY using a small IR (infrared) transmitter / transmitting unit, which sends the same signal to the mini-split as the remote control would normally send.

Note: BETA-1 is currently not compatible with devices from the following brands: Daiken, Mr. Cool, Innovair, Cooper and Hunter.
