• What is bioponics?

General Hydroponics (GHE, G.H.) has been an innovator in hydroponics for more than a quarter of a century. The prestigious brand, which can boast cooperation with NASA among other things, now has a new name: Terra Aquatica! In short: G.H. = T.A.

The features remain the same. Proven quality since 1995. The new feature is the hexagonal logo and the new names under the Terra Aquatica® heading, which better reflect their use in growing practice.

Fleurance is a town in the south of France, whose name strikingly resembles flora itself. This is where the headquarters of the original GHE brand is located. Today, Terra Aquatica has its own research and development department here (perhaps the most modern facility in Europe and North America), and thanks to this it is constantly pushing boundaries and expanding the possibilities of indoor and outdoor plant growing.

Terra Aquatica products are now divided into the following product ranges:

•  Fertilisers Terra Aquatica Organics

Fertilisers Pro Organic Grow (formerly G.O. BioThrive) and Pro Organic Bloom were the first to have full organic certification and are suitable for all growing methods. For a long time, hydroponics was considered completely incompatible with organic fertilisers, but that is now over. Bioponics - purely organic hydroponics that uses Terra Aquatica fertilisers - offers growers the efficiency of hydroponic growing without losing high yields in organic quality. 

• Fertilisers Terra Aquatica TriPart (G.H. Flora)

A three-part mineral nutrition you can rely on - NASA uses it too! All three components are used throughout the cycle, only the ratios change (during growth, more of the Grow component is used, during flowering more Bloom, while the Micro component ensures the supply of trace elements and other nutrients). Terra Aquatica prides itself on the fact that if you use this fertiliser, there will be no need to add any other stimulants or additives - the plants get everything from just three bottles.

• Fertilisers Terra Aquatica DualPart

The two-part mineral fertiliser DualPart works similarly to TriPart. It is a version with a new formula that uses more types of minerals, so plants always have immediate access to exactly the nutrients they need. The fertiliser contains substances that improve the overall health of the plant and its resistance to diseases. The Grow and Bloom components together stimulate the plant to produce shorter internodes - naturally and without the use of PGRs (growth regulators), which reduce harvest quality.

• Fertilisers Terra Aquatica NovaMax (G.H. FloraNova)

The mineral fertiliser NovaMax stands out mainly for its concentration, so even a small dose is very effective. The components for growth and flowering already contain everything plants will need during the given stage. So for complete nutrition in two bottles, there is nothing else to buy - no CalMag, PK stimulant or additional source of trace elements. The base fertiliser gives plants everything they need, in the purest form.

• Fertilisers Terra Aquatica PermaBloom (G.H. FloraMato)

The mineral single-component fertiliser PermaBloom is specially adapted for plants that bear fruit repeatedly. The blend of mineral nutrients in one bottle is tailored to crops such as chilli peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and strawberries that you want to harvest more than once. PermaBloom takes the original taste and aroma of crops and raises it to a completely new level.

• Fertilisers Terra Aquatica DualPart Coco

As the name suggests, DualPart Coco is a two-part mineral fertiliser designed for growing in coco substrates. These substrates have specific needs, with calcium and magnesium deficiency being the most common problem - but you will not need any CalMag with DualPart Coco. The Grow and Bloom components already contain everything a plant could wish for healthy growth and a rich harvest.

•  Terra Aquatica nutrition supplements

If your plants are still missing something or if you want to support them even more, you can choose from supplements of the same brand. In this section you will find products to improve plant defence, flushing or, for example, a stimulant that speeds up ripening. Trichoderma ensures the perfect environment for root system development and efficient nutrient uptake.
