Prima Klima K2601 FLAT - clean extract without odour (100 mm flange)

Higher performance in a flat design - the K2601 FLAT with a 100 mm flange delivers up to 440 m3/h where there is little vertical space. The Prima Klima K2601 FLAT carbon odour filter from the Eco Line range captures odour molecules in a 3 cm deep bed of highly active carbon, so only clean air without odour leaves the extract. The 100 mm flange connects to ducting and a fan of the same diameter - keep the filter, ducting and fan at one 100 mm diameter. It is suitable, as a guide, for a low tent 80x80 to 100x100 cm at a flow rate of up to 440 m3/h (optimally around 360 m3/h).

How the carbon filter works

Active carbon works like a battery: air passes through the carbon bed and organic odour molecules are captured in its microporous structure. Quality is determined by the CTC value and iodine number (how many substances the carbon absorbs), together with the bed thickness - the longer the air is in contact with the carbon, the better the odour is broken down. Prima Klima fills the Eco Line with anthracite CTC75 pellets (3 mm), which have low pressure resistance and also handle higher humidity well. The carbon can be topped up or replaced once exhausted; the filter does not need to be thrown away as a whole.
