Expansion of one UIS port to four devices

AC Infinity UIS Splitter Hub 4-Port is an adapter dongle, not a standalone powered device. It has 1x UIS male connector for connection to the controller port and 4x UIS female outputs for connecting additional devices. It solves the situation where you need to control more units of the same device on the controller than there are free ports.

One programme for all connected devices

All devices connected to one hub share ONE programme - the hub copies the signal from the controller port to all 4 outputs at once, they cannot be set independently. The hub therefore works only with devices of the SAME type on one port (e.g. 4 fans, or 4 lights), not with a combination of different types. When connected to CONTROLLER AI+ the hub works, but without functions specific to individual devices (e.g. clip fan oscillation or unique identification) - all devices on the hub behave as one.

Stacking up to 3 levels, max 40 devices

Hubs can be chained (stacked) one on top of another up to 3 levels (tiers), which multiplies the number of connectable devices - the maximum is 40 devices from one initial UIS port. The hub dimensions are 25.4 x 5.8 cm.

When not to use the hub

The hub is NOT compatible with UIS Lighting Adapter Type-A and Type-B adapters for RJ11/12 lights from other brands. These connect directly to the controller's UIS port and solve a different problem - controlling third-party lights. The splitter hub is intended to multiply the number of AC Infinity UIS devices of the same type on one port.
