What is the AC Infinity AI Climate Sensor AC-SPC24
AC-SPC24 is a cable-mounted climate sensor, designed exclusively for Controller AI+. It measures temperature and humidity and calculates VPD (vapor pressure deficit) from the measured values.
Probe construction
The sensor head is Swiss thermal-alloy, and the probe body is made of SAE grade 316 stainless steel for a quick response to climate changes. A waterproof sleeve ensures IP44 protection against splashing water and dust.
7.3 m cable length for flexible placement
The 24 ft (731.52 cm) cable allows the sensor to be placed away from the controller itself - in a grow tent, HVAC ducting, a tool store or AV cabinet.
The sensor is designed exclusively for the AC Infinity Controller AI+ control unit.
Difference from similar sensors
AC-SPC24 is not the same as the 69 Pro Climate Sensor for the older Controller 69 PRO (which has 1 inch and 20 ft cable variants, not 24 ft) or the CO2 sensor. AC-SPC24 is designed exclusively for Controller AI+ and measures temperature, humidity and VPD.
