AC Infinity DCF12 is the largest size in the DCF carbon filter range – an industrial inline filter with a 300 mm flange for commercial operations and ventilation systems with a high volume of extracted air. It removes odours and chemicals from extracted air.

RC412 carbon fill

The filter media consists of Virgin Australian activated carbon (Virgin Australian RC412) rated at 1200+ IAV in a 38 mm layer. The flange is made of aluminium and reversible on both sides, while the grille is made of corrosion-resistant galvanised steel.

Package contents

The package contains 1x DCF12 carbon filter, 2x hanging straps and 2x washable pre-filters. Unlike the smaller DCF sizes (4–10 inches), the DCF12 package does not include rope clip hangers.

CLOUDLINE S12 fan

Pair the DCF12 filter with a fan and ducting of the same diameter, 300 mm. Activated carbon in the duct creates resistance and reduces the actual flow rate of the system, so the fan should be selected with reserve capacity above the operational requirement:

• AC Infinity CLOUDLINE S12 – fan with a 10-step speed controller, 300 mm.
• 300 mm flexible four-layer ducting – connects the filter to the fan.
