The Vents STREAM 150/160 duct fan is housed in a special sound-insulated casing, ensuring quiet operation with excellent aerodynamic performance. It combines the characteristics of axial and centrifugal fans – providing a strong airflow and high pressure. The casing and rotor cylinder are made of high-quality, durable plastic. The casing is internally thermally and acoustically insulated with a 50 mm layer of mineral wool; the internal perforation directs sound waves towards the absorbent material, achieving attenuation across a wide frequency range. The conical impeller with specially shaped blades increases the circular velocity of the airflow. The diffuser, profiled rotor cylinder and guide vanes at the outlet optimise the combination of performance, pressure and noise level.
