The CANNA Terra Professional substrate contains a mixture of black peat, granulated peat, perlite and special natural supporting agents, which are a blend of organic substances. If you are planning to grow in soil, this mix is exactly what you need.

Exclusive, high-value organic ingredients, such as airy sphagnum moss and types of tree bark with disinfectant properties, are components of Terra Professional and Terra Professional Plus. They directly support exceptional root development and the growth of strong stems, while faster metabolism combined with a low incidence of disease ensures increased production. These properties make CANNA Terra highly suitable for fast-growing plants.

CANNA Terra Professional is an organic product with a homogeneous structure, 100% natural and free from harmful viruses and soil diseases. It has a comprehensive water/air system that creates ideal conditions for all types of cultivation. After use, it improves the soil.

Watering

Depending on the size of the pot, growing conditions and the growth stage of your plant, the amount of water must be adjusted to the needs of the plant concerned. Under normal conditions, fast-growing mature plants evaporate 4-6 litres of moisture per day per m². For larger plants, use pots of at least 5 L – the larger the container, the more stable the root environment will be. If you use a run-to-waste system, ensure sufficient drainage – a thin layer of hydro granules can be placed on the bottom of the container for aeration and drainage.

What to fertilise the substrate with

Terra Professional is a lightly pre-fertilised substrate for growing in soil, so it should be supplemented with fertilisers from the Canna Terra range: during the growth phase, Canna Terra Vega, and during the flowering phase, Canna Terra Flores. The root system is supported from the beginning by Canna Rhizotonic, while a healthy environment in the substrate is maintained by the enzymatic product Canna Cannazym.

Storage

The plastic packaging material of Canna Terra Professional is 100% recyclable. Store in a cool, dry place and do not expose to temperatures below 4 °C.
