BioNova ProfiMix is an organic mix for improving the potting soil. It contains a wide array of valuable substances and beneficial microorganisms. If you want to mix your own substrate without spending ages on it, ProfiMix is the perfect solution. It has all the ingredients you can dream of. 

This sophisticated mix contains ingredients like clay (bentonite), bone meal, feather meal, fermented molasses, minerals (magnesite), lime, seaweed, vitamins, enzymes (like cellulase), amino acids, humic acids, bacteria, fungi, yeast and chelated micronutrients.

Bacteria and fungi are necessary for soil improvement and renewal. They help transform waste into absorbable nutrients and increase plant resistance to pathogens and toxins. 

Bacteria: actinomycetes (streptomyces), bacillus (Optillus, Subtillus, G+, G-)
Fungi: 10 types of Mucor sp., Penicillium, yeast

Use and dosing:
- Mix 1 kg of Profimix with 0,25m³ (250L) of soil
- Mix 1 kg of Profimix into 10m² of your outdoor garden
- ProfiMix can be used as a basis for compost tea ( 25 – 50 gr of Profimix per 1 l of water).

Or you can try our time-tested recipe: 
- 400 l of soil or coco + 50 l of perlite + 4 kg of ProfiMix 
- if you're using coco, you don't have to add perlite, as coco is very aerated and can hold water well by itself
- depending on the soil you have used, the final EC level should be about 1,5-2,0. To make sure it's perfect, adjust the volume of ProfiMix you add.
- make sure the pH is approximately 6,5. If it's lower than that, add 1 kg of lime per 500 l of growing medium to raise the pH value by 0,5.
