Product detailed description

Bud Ignitor is a flowering starter by Advanced Nutrients for growers who want to kick-start flowering quickly and to the full. It is applied right at the start of flowering and supports bud initiation and early development - it is a trigger for the first two weeks, not a full-cycle additive.

How Bud Ignitor works

Bud Ignitor supplies phosphorus and potassium in the optimal ratio for early flowering and complements them with kelp from the Norwegian Sea, which provides vitamins and minerals. The benefit lies in the timing: you feed the plant exactly what it needs in the first days of flowering to set buds, so it enters the generative phase prepared.

Dosage and use

You add Bud Ignitor to the flowering base at a dose of 2 ml per litre during the first two weeks of flowering, then stop using it. It is applied to the root zone through watering, not as a foliar spray. After its window ends, Big Bud takes over as the booster.

Which booster when: where Bud Ignitor belongs

Bud Ignitor opens the flowering phase. It is followed in weeks 2 to 5 by Big Bud and the final 2 to 3 weeks are handled by Overdrive - three different time windows that complement each other, not combine at once. The flowering base is supplied by Sensi Bloom A+B, and throughout the cycle you can add the vitamin B-52. You can find the full range among flowering stimulators.

Parameters

Frequently asked questions

How long should Bud Ignitor be used? Bud Ignitor is a starter for the first two weeks of flowering - you add it at a dose of 2 ml per litre and stop after two weeks. It is not intended for the whole cycle. Its task is to kick-start bud initiation, then Big Bud takes over as the booster in weeks 2 to 5. Longer use brings no benefit.

Bud Ignitor or Big Bud - what is the difference? They differ in timing. Bud Ignitor opens flowering (weeks 1-2) and supports bud set, while Big Bud comes after it (weeks 2-5) and enlarges already set flowers. They are not competitors, but consecutive steps - ideally you use both one after the other, each in its own window.

Which medium is Bud Ignitor for? Bud Ignitor is suitable for all types of substrates and for hydroponic and aeroponic systems. It is applied to the root zone through watering to your flowering base, not as a foliar spray. You can find the exact dosage for your line in the Advanced Nutrients dosing chart.
