Product detailed description

OG Organics Big Bud Liquid from Advanced Nutrients is an organic bloom booster for the flowering stage. It supplies plants with phosphorus and potassium in a K:P ratio of 2:1, together with bioavailable amino acids, so flowers develop more volume - and all without synthetic salts.

What Big Bud Liquid contains

The base consists of hydrolysed fish protein as a source of amino acids, plus calcium lignosulphonate (a natural complex form of calcium), iron in an amino acid complex, magnesium and sulphur. Phosphorus and potassium in a 2:1 ratio (twice as much potassium as phosphorus) are the main ingredients here for flower formation. OMRI and CDFA-OIM certification confirms that these are purely natural materials suitable for organic cultivation.

Dosage and use

The dose is 2 ml per litre of water. Start using Big Bud Liquid from the 2nd week of the flowering stage and use it together with the organic base for the period when the plant is setting and swelling flowers.

Where it fits in the AN range

Big Bud Liquid is a booster - it needs a base fertiliser underneath it. In organic mode, pair it with Iguana Juice Organic Bloom. If you grow with mineral (salt-based) fertilisers, choose the classic version Big Bud Liquid, for coco choose Big Bud Coco Liquid or the powdered Big Bud Powder. Do not confuse the organic and mineral versions - they differ in ingredients, not just the label.

Frequently asked questions

From when should I dose Big Bud Liquid so I do not overfeed?
Start using Big Bud Liquid from the 2nd week of the flowering stage, not earlier - at the beginning of flowering the plant is only switching modes, and early dosing makes no sense. The dose is 2 ml per litre of water together with the organic base. Use it for the period when flowers are forming and swelling, as a regular part of watering.

What is the difference between the organic and classic Big Bud?
The organic OG Organics Big Bud Liquid draws phosphorus, potassium (in a K:P ratio of 2:1) and other substances from purely natural raw materials, such as hydrolysed fish protein, and carries OMRI and CDFA-OIM certification. The classic Big Bud (in liquid and powder form) is mineral. Choose according to your programme - the organic version for organic cultivation, the mineral version for salt-based fertilisers.

Which base should Big Bud Liquid be combined with?
As a booster, Big Bud Liquid needs a base fertiliser underneath it to provide full nutrition. In organic mode, the ideal pairing is with the Iguana Juice Organic Bloom base for the flowering stage. The booster then only specifically supports flower formation. Do not combine two bloom boosters with the same role at the same time, to avoid overfeeding phosphorus and potassium.

Exact dosing for individual ranges can be found in the Advanced Nutrients dosing table.
