Standard choice for 150mm ventilation

AC Infinity DCF6 is an inline carbon filter with a 150 mm neck diameter - the most common size in the AC Infinity range for medium-sized grow tents and hydroponic rooms. It captures odours and chemicals from extracted air and, in a setup, works in both intake and extract configurations.

Premium Australian charcoal

The filter media is made from Australian virgin activated carbon (Virgin Australian RC412) with a rating of 1200+ IAV, in a 38mm layer. Maximum airflow is 410 CFM (697 m3/h).

Materials and finish

The flange is aluminium, reversible on both sides - by turning the filter over, you use the entire carbon fill. The mesh is made of galvanised steel resistant to corrosion, with a gunmetal finish (dark grey).

Choose the matching fan and accessories (150 mm)

Pair the DCF6 filter with a fan and ducting of the same 150 mm diameter. Activated carbon in the ducting creates resistance and reduces the actual airflow of the setup - therefore the fan should be chosen with a reserve, and the filter should only be paired by the same diameter:

Frequently asked questions

Which fan is the DCF6 filter suitable for?
It has a 150 mm flange, so it is suitable for CLOUDLINE A6, S6 and T6 fans of the same diameter.

Must the filter have the same or higher airflow than the fan?
Do not judge it by the filter rating. CLOUDLINE 150 mm fans have a stated max airflow in the range of 352-402 CFM (approximately 598-683 m3/h), while the DCF6 filter is 410 CFM (697 m3/h). The filter in the ducting also reduces the actual airflow of the setup due to the resistance of the carbon, so the fan should be chosen with a reserve above the tent's needs.

Is there a more powerful version of the same diameter?
Yes, the extended DCF6-XL version has the same 150 mm flange, but a longer carbon bed and a higher max airflow of 520 CFM (884 m3/h).
