Air-tight connection without vibration transfer for 150mm systems

AC Infinity Noise Reduction Clamp RCA6 is a rubber coupler (duct coupler) with a diameter of 6" (15.2 cm), designed for connecting two ends of ventilation ducting, filter ports or a fan in medium-sized systems. The flexible rubber absorbs sound waves from the fan and airflow directly at the connection point, and the joint is also air-tight.

Design

The coupler is made of NBR grade 65A nitrile rubber in matt black - flexible, durable, and easy to stretch over ports and pipes. It is tightened with a pair of adjustable stainless steel hose clamps with a worm drive lock; the screw head can be tightened with both a crosshead and flat-head screwdriver.

Does the RCA6 solve airflow noise in the entire ducting?
No, the coupler dampens vibrations and noise only at the point of a specific joint between two components. Airflow noise along the entire ducting route is handled by a different type of part.
