AutoPot 1Pot Accessory Box for 48 plants - connection material only

1Pot Accessory Box contains complete connection and distribution material with AQUAvalve5 valves for connecting 48 plants. The pack does not include a reservoir, trays or pots - it is suitable if you already have square 15 l pots (square) and want to expand the system or convert an older system to AQUAvalve5 with 9 mm distribution. Distribution for forty-eight plants in one pack.

How the irrigation works

Each pot is served by an AQUAvalve5 valve. After connection to the reservoir, the valve opens the supply and lets the tray fill with water to the preset level of 20 mm - by gravity only, without pumps, mains water pressure, electricity or timers. As long as the plant does not use up the water in the tray, AQUAvalve5 will not allow replenishment, so the plant goes through a wet and dry cycle that supports healthy roots. After the tray is emptied, the process repeats.

Distribution and hose diameters

The distribution is in AQUAvalve5 design: 9 mm hose (outer 9 / inner 7 mm) to the valves and 16 mm hose (outer 16 / inner 13 mm) as the backbone with a 16-9 mm reducer. Run the distribution in separate branches due to pressure.

For the 48-plant set, run a 16 mm backbone distribution from the reservoir and reduce it to 9 mm for the individual valves - the backbone will maintain pressure and flow over longer distances.

Who the box is for

Commercial scale. The box supplies distribution for an entire plantation in one pack; count on a robust reservoir and 16 mm backbone, and size the distribution according to operating logistics.

What to add to the box

The box belongs in the 1Pot system (you can find the set for this number as a ready-made 1Pot system). Missing a reservoir? Choose the 400 l Flexitank. Add pots and trays as a 15 l pot and 1Pot tray, and find individual fittings among 9 mm parts and 16 mm.
