AutoPot 1Pot Accessory Box for 48 plants – connection materials only

1Pot Accessory Box contains complete connection and distribution materials with AQUAvalve5 valves for connecting 48 plants. The pack does not include a tank, plant saucers or planters – it is suitable if you already have square 15 L planters and want to expand the system or convert an older system to AQUAvalve5 with 9 mm distribution. Distribution for forty-eight plants in one pack.

How the irrigation works

Each planter is served by an AQUAvalve5 valve. Once connected to the tank, the valve opens the intake and allows the plant saucer to fill with water to a preset level of 20 mm – solely through gravity, without pumps, mains water pressure, electricity or timers. Until the plant uses the water in the saucer, AQUAvalve5 does not allow further filling, so the plant passes through a wet and dry cycle that supports healthy roots. Once the saucer is empty, the process repeats.

Distribution and hose diameters

The distribution uses AQUAvalve5 specification: 9 mm hoses (9 mm outer / 7 mm inner) to the valves and 16 mm hoses (16 mm outer / 13 mm inner) as the main line with a 16–9 mm reducer. Run the distribution in separate branches to maintain pressure.

For the 48-plant set-up, run a 16 mm main distribution line from the tank and reduce it to 9 mm for the individual valves – the main line maintains pressure and flow over longer distances.

Who the box is for

Commercial scale. The box provides distribution for the entire growing area in one pack; allow for a robust tank and 16 mm main line, and size the distribution according to the operation’s logistics.

What to add to the box

The box belongs to the 1Pot system (the set-up for this quantity is available as a ready-made 1Pot system). Need a tank? Choose the 400 L Flexitank. Add planters and plant saucers as a 15 L planter and 1Pot tray; individual fittings can be found among the 9 mm parts and 16 mm parts.
