AutoPot 1Pot Accessory Box for 100 plants - connection material only

1Pot Accessory Box contains complete connection and distribution material with AQUAvalve5 valves for connecting 100 plants. The package does not include a tank, trays or pots - it is suitable if you already have square 15l pots (square) and want to expand the system or convert an older system to AQUAvalve5 with 9mm distribution. Distribution for one hundred plants - commercial scale.

How the irrigation works

Each pot is served by an AQUAvalve5 valve. After connection to the tank, the valve opens the supply and lets the tray fill with water to the preset level of 20 mm - by gravity only, without pumps, mains pressure, electricity or timers. Until the plant uses up the water in the tray, AQUAvalve5 does not allow replenishment, so the plant goes through a wet and dry cycle that supports healthy roots. After the tray is emptied, the process repeats.

Distribution and hose diameters

The distribution is in AQUAvalve5 design: 9mm hose (outer 9 / inner 7 mm) to the valves and 16mm hose (outer 16 / inner 13 mm) as the backbone with a 16-9 mm reducer. Plan the distribution in sections with their own branches.

For a set for 100 plants, run a 16mm backbone distribution from the tank and reduce it to 9 mm to the individual valves - the backbone will maintain pressure and flow over longer distances.

Who the box is for

Commercial scale. The box supplies distribution for the entire plantation in one package; count on a robust tank and a 16mm backbone, and size the distribution to the logistics of the operation.

The box belongs to the 1Pot system (you can find a set for this number as a ready-made 1Pot system). Missing a tank? Choose the 750l Flexitank. Add pots and trays as a 15l pot and 1Pot tray, and find individual fittings among 9 mm parts and 16 mm parts.
